Welcome to Stargazer, an A-Chalet property! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following important information:

Check-In

Before your arrival, kindly complete the welcome submission form to help us prepare for your stay. We want everything to be perfect when you arrive. Thank you!

Pet Policy

We love welcoming furry friends, but please follow these guidelines:
• Fee: $60 per dog (maximum of 2).
• Rules:
• Keep pets off furniture and beds.
• Crate pets when leaving the cabin.
• Always leash and supervise pets when outdoors.

Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests!

Trash Guidelines

Please dispose of trash correctly to keep the property clean and environmentally friendly:
• Black Cart (Household Waste): Food waste, food containers, bagged animal waste, lightweight plastics, Styrofoam, and clothing.
• Blue Cart (Recyclables): Flattened cardboard, paper, magazines, aluminum, tin, glass bottles, jars, and cartons.
• Non-Accepted Items: Electronics, batteries, dirt, rocks, construction debris, and hazardous waste (do not place these curbside).

Fireplace

We provide one complimentary bundle of wood for your stay. Please enjoy responsibly and keep the chain-link guard closed when in use.

Thermostat
• Set to your desired temperature during your stay.
• Before check-out, return the thermostat to 65°F to promote energy efficiency.

Kitchen Cleanup
• Wash and put away all used dishes.
• Clean the kitchen after meals to avoid additional cleaning fees.

BBQ Use
• After Use: Clean the grill and turn off the propane valve.
• A $100 fee will apply for excessive cleaning or if the propane valve is left open.

Spa Instructions
• Before Use: Rinse off to prevent oil and makeup buildup.
• During Use: Set the spa to your desired temperature.
• After Use: Reset to 95°F and secure the cover tightly to maintain cleanliness and heating efficiency.
• A $175 fee will apply for a drain and refill if the water is excessively dirty.

Snow Removal
• Provided: Shovel and salt are available for your use.
• Plow Services: Automatically scheduled during or after 3 inches of snowfall.
