The Space:

• Outdoor Oasis: Relax in the 32-ft heated pool (open May 1 to October 31) with its own tiki bar, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars (bring your own firewood). Multiple decks and seating areas provide privacy and space for group activities.
• Entertainment for All: The lower level features a regulation-size pool table, two large-screen TVs, and a U-shaped bar, multiple seating options for ample entertainment options for everyone.
• Chef-Designed Kitchen: The main floor boasts a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need—just bring your favorite ingredients! A gas grill on the upper deck is perfect for cookouts.
• Experience Luxury in the spectacular open concept main floor living room features floor to ceiling windows with fantastic views, gas fireplace and leather sofas.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Main Level:
• Master Suite: King bed, full bath with jacuzzi tub, and an adjoining queen bedroom (access through master).
• Additional Room: Cozy full-size bed near the living room.
• Half bath for added convenience.
Lower Level:
• King Bedroom: Walk-in closet (large enough for a pack-n-play) and access to a shared full bath.
• Second King Bedroom: Private entrance.
• Common Area: Twin daybed and sleeper chair.
Loft Area:
• Open Layout: Two twin beds and a twin trundle.
• Private Bedroom: Queen bed and twin sleeper chair with access to a full bath.
Two air mattresses and a pack-n-play with bedding are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Listed rate is for up to 12 people, if you have more than 12 people there is a fee of $35/per person per night. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional payment if we find there were more guests present than the number that was indicated.

Guest Access:
Guests are able to access the home through a keyless entry system. Host and house manager are available via cell. There is an area on the 3rd floor that is not accessible to guests and not pictured in any of our photos, some doors are locked to guest access. Guests have the entire home to themselves. The garage is not accessible to guests.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors include deer, red fox, wild turkeys and stray cats (every once in a while). Not a fast paced neighborhood -- you may have to wait a little bit before passing Amish buggies and farm tractors but its worth it.
Beautiful views, tourist attractions, golf and dining (Amish style and otherwise), the world's largest cuckoo clock, flea markets, Warther's Carvings, cheese houses & wineries are just a few (15-25) minutes away. West on state route 39 takes you to Walnut Creek and Berlin, which has many ecclectic shops & restaurants;
For the golfers: 4 golf courses within 15-25 minutes of the home.
We are 20 minutes from the New Towne Mall and 45 minutes from Canton's Belden Village Mall and Pro Football Hall of Fame if you need a city fix.
Getting Around:
There are a few local transportation companies if guests want to visit the local wineries and breweries or have a personalized Amish Country Tour. All of them must be booked well in advance. Ask for a link to our custom google map with suggested stops.

All guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon check-in.
Guests will be required to complete an ID Verification in order to secure the reservation (Air BnB excluded).
Nightly rate listed includes up to 12 guests, each additional guest is $35/per person per night (includes anyone over 2 years old). We reserve the right to confirm the number of guests staying and alter the cost accordingly.
NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING INDOORS!
If you plan to host a small event or other guests that are not staying overnight, please ask us for details PRIOR to booking.
We utilize a security system with automatic smoke & carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. 2 exterior Security cameras with audio monitor and record activity in the parking area and pool area.
THE LODGE QUIRKS:
-- Cell service can be spotty on your approach; it is best to have printed direction with you as you may lose signal. Once at The Lodge, you can call and text with most carriers, but may have slow/low signal on the lower level.
-- The pool is open May 1 - October 31, if mother nature co-operates.
--4-wheel drive/AWD vehicles highly recommended in the winter as driveway is 1/2 mile long and a little steep; however, there is a back entrance should it be needed. We will notify guests when this would need to be used.
