Safe Haven - Newer Home In A Quiet Neighborhood

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the heart of Amish Country.

This home was built 3 years ago as a project home.

We rented it out for 2 years and then moved in while our new home was being built an hour away.

However, we fell in love with the neighborhood.

So now, instead of renting it out full time again, we split time between this home & our new home... making this available on VRBO on the weekends.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. It is a warm and inviting home in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and places to visit and explore in Amish country. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

The property was very clean, homey, and in a nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed. We went to the Ohio Star Theater and it was the perfect location for us to visit with our family and have time together. The host was very attentive with check in and out.

The home was very clean, well supplied. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to area activities. Highly recommend Habanero on the green for Mexican food that tastes delicious, and is very reasonably priced. Homeowner provided excellent information for check in and was responsive to messages. Family members enjoyed being able to grab a granola bar or pop tart when needing to head out the door in the morning. Highly recommend this homeowner and home. If back in the area, this would be our first choice if available,

Loved staying at the house! Had everything that we could need including cookies when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. This was a combination wedding and reunion trip. We 5 seniors enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Our only regret was not booking 2 more days to enjoy family time.

I was amazed with the house. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. I was impressed with the owner but not impressed with how VRBO handled things. There's no way to contact anyone.

This house was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable! We felt welcome the moment we stepped up to the front door. It was like staying over at my best friend’s house rather than at a VRBO property. Beautiful home in a family-friendly neighborhood. Every room was tastefully decorated without feeling overly cluttered. The beds are unbelievably comfortable - from the mattress to the bedding. We were visiting from out of state - one of our daughters attends the Off the Wall program in New Philadelphia. We plan to visit her during the years and hope this property is available for our next trip! Thank you for sharing your home with others. You have a gift of hospitality!

Home away from home.
If your looking for newer cozy home to stay in this property is a 10/10! I can not say enough amazing things. Newer home in a very quiet family neighborhood, close to all the shops and great food! Living room was big enough for 6 Adults all to sit comfortably and watch football games. The kitchen had all newer appliances and a big refrigerator. The bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and extra pillows. The home was decorated inside and out for the fall season and was magazine worthy! The driveway was able to accommodate 4 cars and had on street parking. Checkin and check out was a breeze and the owner was very prompt on answering all of my questions.
