Tropical paradise! From the moment you step inside the gates you are swept away with the soothing serenity of this modern coastal home as you hear the sound of the ocean crashing just behind the dunes. This home will feel like your own private retreat, with a floor plan that opens up to create a welcoming ambience of warmth. As you entertain underneath the covered outdoor area you will also enjoy evenings by the fire pit as the sun starts to set behind you.

Enjoy the location as you easily walk to the cafes, restaurants and shops of Suffolk Park and only a short drive to Byron Bay's many excellent restaurants and shops. The walking track directly to the beach will be a special treat in making the most of your beach escape.

An open plan design that has been tastefully decorated spreading over two levels. The lower level has an impressive master bedroom with ensuite that offers large sliding doors to allow the sea breeze to flow on in. Spacious open living and twin room with main bathroom and separate toilet. The upper level offers a spacious bedroom with bathroom for a private oasis and total relaxation.

The central, fully-equipped kitchen, is a chef's delight with a large gas cooker, oven and breakfast bar. The kitchen provides plenty of space for you to enjoy the company of friends and family.

The separate, fully self-contained studio offers an outdoor shower, living area and upstairs bedroom.

Suffolk Park is one of Byron Bay's best-kept secrets for beach holiday destinations. Just ten minutes from Byron's Cbd and an hour from Gold Coast Airport, you can relax on the uncrowded sands of Tallow Beach before midday from most Australian cities. As well as having incredible access to some of Byron Bay's most beautiful beaches, a nearby coastal bike trail offers a picturesque adventure into Byron's town centre. Choose from multiple bush tracks opening onto Tallow Beach, a dog-friendly zone.

Wouldn't stay again
The location of the home and the house itself as a house were great. The neighborhood is very friendly and located a short drive to a yummy bakery. However, there were many aspects that would lead us to not book this stay again and we wouldn't recommend it if you were a family that likes cooking:1. Communication with the property management company (Your Luxury Escape) was awful. Never consistent, even after multiple emails trying to receive answers. 2. Huge and several cockroaches in the master bedrooms. 3. Items that were supposed to be included in the stay, were not. Basic items like olive oil, sugar, coffee, tea, dishwasher pods, garbage bins in each bathroom, and hand soap in each bathroom. 4. Detached studio's bathroom is outside and the sink gets backed up horribly. Could rarely use the sink available and this part of the home doesn't have AC or blinds. 5. Check in instructions were not sent until 6pm, but check in was at 3pm. This was after emailing them and giving them a call. 6. All kitchen appliances are very old and dirty. Milk frother button was already broken so luckily we were able to find a chopstick and use that to press the broken button. 7. Instructions provided in emails and instructions in pamphlets provided in the house were completely different and wrong. We tried for 30 minutes to turn the oven on since the instructions provided to us were wrong and then had to call the management company. 8. Cleaning supplies, broom and vacuum were so dirty.

We attained the zenith!
Our family enjoyed two weeks of pure happiness and togetherness in this special home. We felt so at peace we found it difficult to leave. It is perfectly located, with great beach access - and the beach is divine! The home is stylishly furnished, generously equipped, spacious, comfortable, light and airy. It accommodates 8 (we were 7) perfectly. The pool was ideal for our little ones. The garden design is inspirational. This serene haven is an ideal retreat to recharge with loved ones. The agent was on responsive and so friendly and helpful. We are very grateful for their swift service and kind assistance.
