"Disappointing Experience - Definitely Not Worth the Price* I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The housekeeping and room cleanliness were absolutely dreadful. There was no soap in the bathroom, the floors were filthy, and worst of all, there were bed bugs! It’s unacceptable for any hotel to be in such a state. To make matters worse, the restaurant service was just as bad. The restaurant was overcrowded, and due to a severe shortage of staff, the service was slow and chaotic. I had to stand in a queue for at least 15 minutes just to get tea or coffee. The space was so cramped, and with the high number of guests, it was impossible to enjoy a meal in peace. This hotel is definitely not what it claims to be. Based on my experience, I’d rate it as a maximum of 2 stars. The poor housekeeping, lack of basic amenities, overcrowded dining area, and slow service made for a very unpleasant stay. I won’t be coming back!"

"Did not have a nice experience checking in. We had booked one double room but the receptionist insisted that we have booked 2 rooms. Then he asked for our marriage certificate. We had booked a double room but were given room with 2 single beds. Then someone came and joined the 2 singles together. Food was very nice. Beach was very good. They need someone who can speak and understand English at the reception "

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels. The hotel also lacked basic amenities like WiFi, a hairdryer, and an iron. Being in a remote location, there were no nearby alternatives for dining or services, leaving us reliant on the hotel. On top of that, the safety standards are concerning—my child’s leg fell into an open hole around the swimming pool, causing cuts on his foot. While the swimming pool employees are nice, the safety, food, equipment, and many other aspects desperately need attention. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience."
