Our holiday flat 2 has a living space of approx. 35 sqm, it is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The flat is located on the upper floor on the left-hand side and is easily accessible via an external staircase. The flat is divided into a combined living room and bedroom with a 102cm LCD TV and a stereo system. You can sleep on a modern, high-quality 160×200 box-spring bed or a leather corner couch with sleeping function. The shower room consists of a modern floating washbasin, mirror cabinet with LED lighting, suspended WC and a floor-level shower tray with high-quality 8mm real glass surround. The kitchen is equipped with a seating area and a new modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything else you need for cooking and eating is of course also included in the equipment. Outside, there is a free car park for each flat directly on the property. The terrace shown below belongs to your holiday flat. A seating area with comfortable cushions invites you to sit and linger. You can also relax on the sun loungers provided. A large parasol serves as sun protection. There is a charcoal barbecue for your physical well-being and you can hire bicycles from a local hire company at a reasonable price. Or you can bring your own bikes and lock them in the existing rack. An additional baby cot or travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Your pet is welcome by prior arrangement.

Location description : Ludorf is situated on the south-west bank of the Müritz, about 5 minutes from Röbel and 30 minutes from Waren.
The holiday flats are located in our newly built house in the centre of Ludorf, in a quiet and scenic area.
The Ludorf Octagon Church, which was consecrated in 1346 and is unique in northern Germany in terms of its architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity. The church is an early Gothic brick building and is a very popular tourist destination all year round.
The Müritz beach is around 800 metres away, where there is a large sunbathing lawn that invites you to sunbathe in fine weather. Since 2004, there has been a water hiking rest area with moorings for boats and passenger ships.
Well-developed cycle paths and hiking trails invite you to go on a cycle tour. We highly recommend a ride on the Müritz circular route, a 77.6 km stretch of pure cycling pleasure. Through the national park in the direction of Waren, a climatic health resort worth seeing, and on to Klink, your holiday can only be unforgettable.
