"Valitsin kohteen alueelta joka on lähellä vuoristoa. Belvedere on vahanssa rakennuksessa, ja erityisesti ravintolan sisutus on erinomainen, ruoka myös ja näkymät. Kohde sijaitsee Subiacossa joss on useita maineikkaita luostareita. Ajo on hieman vaivalloista esim Rooma-Napoli-tieltä mutta siihen on varauduttava. "Abbiamo soggiornato al Sottosopra per due notti e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale sia per la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari (mia figlia è celiaca e ci hanno fato trovare prodotti specifici per la colazione) che per le ottime condizioni della struttura. Oltretutto, svegliarsi la mattina con un delizioso profumo di torte fatte in casa proveniente dalla cucina non ha prezzo. "
