"I stayed in a little cottage that was like a studio apartment. Peaceful, quiet, restful place to spend a few nights during my long road trip. The host was friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again if I am ever in this region. Much, much nicer than a hotel! (Please be aware, they do not have laundry facilities. If you need to do laundry, go to the Wash and Dry on Fairview Ave. Don't go to the one at the Mobil station; it's gross.)"

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this farm house. Everything was clean and the property manager was very helpful. Having all the animals was a big plus. Mattresses were very confortable. The property is absolutely beautiful and it offers many amenities. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip."

"Great quiet location for the family to get together. Plenty of space for everyone. We were able to get my son inside with his power wheelchair using a portable ramp to the porch and another up the door lip. Plenty of space to drive chair indoors. Need to be careful with the steps on the back deck, but half of the deck is accessible from the great room. Host was very attentive and look forward to staying again. "The property was as described, and I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the surroundings more. It's a short walk to a nice park by the river. The house itself is comfortable and well-appointed. I appreciated the easy style, the good WiFi, and nice kitchen."

"Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather...

"The setting was pleasant and bucolic . . . the farm house has a huge porch covering two sides of the house that is lovely to sit on with a morning cup of coffee or evening drinks with friends. Everything was extremely clean and ordered in the home. Communication with the owners was also clear and helpful . . . lovely time."

"The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. "It was even better than the pictures. Some things that stood out were 1) how comfy the beds, comforters, and pillows were . 2) the open space with the beaming rays of sun coming in through all the windows 3) the location! Big property and close to downtown. No complaints at all! My family and I had a blast. Great for all ages, including infants as I brought mine and there was a crib for him. Host was great at communicating too. "

The home is well equipped: plenty of beds, multiple gathering places, pool with towels (although it was pretty cold until the pool guy came and provided help).
