Relatively big room, but there was no air conditioning and windows were really dusty. Check-in, check-out and parking were easy, but keep in mind, that reception is not operating 24/7. Breakfast was nice and diverse.

Terrific hotel. Staff very up beat. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a bit out of the way. We took the bus and train into the city to the Christmas Markets which was easy to navigate. It is best suited to those with their own car. Parking is easy and free on the street

Great staff, Great service. Hotel itself is located in Zuffenhausen, and is deep in the suburbs. No restaurants or stores around. Hotel’s bar food is limited to three paninis or soup.

Fun and clean!
We stayed for just one night. Our friends had a different style room than us but it was just a cool and clean! Very modern decorations, easy to get to, great breakfast and nice staff. We did not explore the area around the hotel. It was easy to access by s-bahn then we left via bus.

Disco in the shower? Um, no thank you.
The rooms at kitschy—a disco ball in the bathroom? For some reason, the housekeeper did NOT come make up our room any of the 3 days we were there. We had to track down towels (left on an unaccompanied housekeeping cart) and toilet paper. Rooms are small and no coffee maker.

Overall wonderful experience, we even decided to stay another night. Great, supportive staff and fancy lofty-style rooms. The complementary breakfast was very good and the buffet was open till 11. Very good experience!
