The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The Italian restaurant next door was great. Bed was a bit firm and pillows are not, so it was hard to sleep well.

Stark industrial hallways and doors make it a disappointing initial experience. Rooms are slightly better but still cold and unwelcoming. Food was below average in the restaurant and WiFi simply did not work. More of a 2-star than the 4-star that it has on hotels.com. Good friendly service was the only upside

Just an overnight stay, didn't expect too much. Room size is adequate with a big balcony, our room was right in front of a power station. Hotel is located in an industrial area. Don't expect anything around and you need a car to get in/out. The hotel made me feel like going back to 60s. A little reminder, there is another doubletree at the back.

Great service, good place to stop over a night.
This hotel is a great place to stay if you're on the road and just need a convenient, less expensive stopping place near Stuttgart. We arrived in the evening and were assisted by a very friendly person at the reservation desk. When we got to our room, we realized we were right above their restaurant, which was partying hard with loud music. We needed to sleep for another long drive the next day, so I called and asked how long the music would last. She replied that it would go till 1 AM, and offered to move us to another room. Our second room was nice and quiet in the main building, no more problems. The hotel has a very nice sauna/steam room area that I peeked into, though did not get a chance to use. Their breakfast is pricey but if you're not a vegetarian it's great. Even as a vegetarian, I found cereals and breads and a very nice selection of tea. They have add-ons you can order from another menu, but when you're already paying 10 euros for breakfast, it's hard to shell out another 4 or 5 for add ons. The hotel seems to have large numbers of groups moving through it, there was one that loudly departed the parking lot at 6:45 in the morning, and another leaving when we checked out. However, for the most part this was not a problem. Overall, a great place to stay for a night, with very friendly front desk staff.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and big room.
The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the industrial companies or factories. So it looks like a business hotel. But for the person who like to have quiet and clean hotel and has car, then this hotel near the area is strongly recommend. Green landscape nearby gives fresh feeling.

Disappointed but only for part of the service.
I was responsible for booking nine rooms and some of the main requirements for the selection of the hotel was a bar and restaurant. When we got there the bar and restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. The industrial estate where the hotel was situated had a pizza restaurant, unfortunately this had private functions on the nights we were there so we had to take taxis to the nearest town for a bar and restaurant costing over 100 Euros for the nine of us each night. Everything else I can recommend, however if you are going to book this hotel it may be wise to check with the hotel that the bar and restaurant is open if this is a priority to you. For our two trips a year to this region we will now factor the cost of taxis into our budget for a hotel choice and probably book a more expensive hotel to avoid the disappointment we had on this stay. However I would stay here again if having a bar and restaurant was not a priority.

The hotel location wasn't good. Outside our window there was a electricity sub station the made a loud buzzing sound. This forced us to keep our windows closed. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. Chairs were left up on the desk. There was only one pillow on the double bed and we had to ask twice for an extra one. The location of the hotel is on an industrial estate, miles from anywhere. Furthermore, the hotel was vastly overpriced.

The hotel is stayed in the industrial city so for example my window view is trucks and empty land. The room is cleaned and the internet is good but if you want to stay at hotel for more than two days its a little boring there is not a lot of facilities that you can use in the hotel. Breakfast is good and you can count on it and unfortunately there is no restaurant near the hotel.

Very basic room...
Located in a trucking/commercial zone, this hotel is not a place to stay if you need anything more than a place to spend the night. Compared to most hotels in the area, this was one of the best prices but the tiny bed (that appeared to be a bench at first) and tiny room may not be for everyone. There is, however, a very nice walking path and geocache very close by. :-)
