"I thought the cabin was adorable. Plenty of yard to hang out in. Firepit, grill, firewood . Just about everything you would need except charcoal which we did bring. Plenty of hiking places. We even went to the lake for swimming."

"My husband and I took our 3 sons ( 22 years old and twins that are 19). The cabin was perfect! It was very hot outside while we were there ( between 92-95 degrees every day but the AC kept up great and I was thankful for that! They have put a lot of wonderful touches and finishes on this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the son porch that overlooked the river. We also loved the fire pit in the evenings. The cabin was even better in person than in photos. The mercantile store was a few minute walk and the people there were so friendly and the ice cream and coffee were outstanding! Would highly recommend this special spot to anyone!"

"Everything in and around the cabin was as it was listed and pictured on the website. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone a few days prior to check in and the lady that checked us in were courteous, friendly, and kind. My daughter and I had a great time. We both hope to return for another stay!"

"Nice and private. The house is huge and we felt child friendly. There are children play items available that definitely occupied my 3 year old grandson. The pond is beautiful. We kayaked and fished every day. Caught and released many fish and not just small ones. My grandson caught his first bass. It’s a short trek to the pond but glad we brought a wagon to carry needed items there. We wish it hadn’t been so hot so we could have spend more time enjoying the outside seating area. The kitchen has all needed cooking necessities. A wonderful place for family time."

"A comfortable little house with just the space we needed. The couple did so many little extras, popcorn, snacks, bottled water, water filter pitcher, picnic supplies, etc. Communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay."
