This charming home away from home is nestled on a beautiful tree-shaded 4.55+ acre lot near amazing local attractions, including Boulder Canyon Golf Club, Sturgis Coffee Company, Iron Horse Saloon & Restaurant, Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall Of Fame, Adams Museum, Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center, Bear Butte State Park, and Terry Peak Ski Area.

As you enter this charming cabin, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with large windows, a built-in bookshelf, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and a gorgeous wood-burning stone fireplace. Choose a favorite book and curl up near the warmth of the fireplace to experience a tranquil evening at home. The well-appointed kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meal and surprise your loved ones with your cooking skills.

This retreat also houses an entertaining rec room with brick and stone walls, a blackjack table, an arcade game (multicade), a huge 75-inch smart TV with streaming services, a dartboard, a foosball table, and a pool table. Spend unforgettable times playing with your friends and challenging to different games. When it's finally time to rest, treat yourself to a soothing bath in your private built-in hot tub. If any of you are looking forward to working out during your stay, this retreat rewards you with an elliptical machine, an abs machine, and a multifunction strength training machine. The primary bedroom is spacious and has a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a large bed, and gorgeous vistas from the deck.

When it comes to outdoor living, this cabin boasts a deck with seating outside one of the bedrooms, a deck with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill outside the rec room, and a firepit. Additional perks include one adult bike and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
