You can’t beat the views in this beautiful 3 bed/2 bath Retreat. Relax in the hot tub or chill on the porch while you grill out. With the ease of access to this house all you will be saying is; “why didn’t I come sooner?”. 10 minutes to Deadwood and 5 minutes from Sturgis on well maintained paved roads which are hard to come by in the Black Hills, outside of the towns. Beautiful Getaway
My husband and I were so happy we booked this property! We woke up every morning and loved watching the wildlife out the front windows! We had a great experience and wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful place!
We stayed at this location with a couple other friends and there spouses. It had beautiful scenery. Even got to see deer everyday. The location was at a good location for what we did for that week. Will definitely go back and stay here again!

Great location, Great Stay!
Place was super clean, well stocked with everything you need for a vacation and great parking for the Mustangs during the Sturgis Mustang Rally. The drive to Sturgis and Deadwood are about the same in time. Loved being in the middle of the area, but have it quiet and comfortable. Ill be coming back next year!

Great place to stay in the Deadwood/Sturgis area. Location was great. Place had great amenities. Could be cleaned better we found stains, an old eyelash strip stuck to the sheets, and random bugs. Host was easy to communicate with too which was appreciated!

Kool Deadwood nights stay
Overall a nice place to stay. Located close to Sturgis and Deadwood. The car port was smaller than it looked in picture so glad there wasn’t any bad weather because it would have not fit both cars under. Had a great time!

Great spot in the Black Hills
Perfect spot for exploring the Black Hills! Beautiful, new home with great views! Deer were abundant every day. Owners were great hosts and very helpful! We’ll be back when in the Black Hills again!

Awesome property, but lots of rules.
The property is beautiful and located on a gorgeous piece of land. The only downside is the amount of rules that come with this stay. Yes it is easy to follow, but there are so many little things that you can potentially get charged with. My family and I were stressing over making sure the pillows were in the right rooms so that we would not get charged for them being in the wrong room. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay!

Brand new getaway.
The house is just as described. The location is perfect for everything you need, just down the road from Deadwood, Sturgis, Boulder Canyon, Spearfish Canyon. The house is brand new and has everything you need. Will be staying here again.

Heavy snows before our trip altered the plans of the host but they graciously adjusted properties for my wife and I before our stay. Property was clean and quiet as we were excited for just that. I would recommend this property to anyone and will stay there again.

The property was beautiful and the views were immaculate. However, the amount of "rules" we had to follow "or else we would be fined" made it really hard to enjoy our time at the home. We were constantly worried we would do something wrong.

Relaxing getaway weekend
This house and property are beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our time here! Lots of rules to follow and wasn't keen on the camera inside the house facing the entry door but I also understand why it's there. Outside of the vacuum being dumped in the clean garbage can in the kitchen and sheets left on the couch, everything was very clean! After the checkout checklist, I'm not sure there is much left for the cleaners to do for the fee charged. Communication with the host was excellent.

Beautiful House with Excellent Location
This house is absolutely beautiful! Clean, simple, but enjoyable. The layout is great. We really enjoyed having a clean place to stay while hanging out in the hills. This is close enough for activities in Hill City as well as Deadwood. The driveway is a bit steep and can be difficult with snowy weather and checkout is early (0900) with a few household chores to complete priory to checkout. But overall, a wonderful place to stay! We will be back!

Bike Trip
Parking was great for the motorcycles, the neighborhood was peaceful and the views were amazing. When we got inside there was unfolded sheets and laundry on the couch when was kind of odd, we just folded it and left it on the couch. Also, you could use more dishes big mixing bowl (there were two bowls and they were smaller and one leaked) , more knives. Had a hard time making meals. It is a beautiful home and a wonderful place to stay.
