Beautiful and secluded
Had a wonderful trip. Secluded from the neighbors and right on the water. Only bummer of our trip was the dock was put up but still had a great time.

Traveled with family
This property is in a beautiful location right on the waterfront. It’s perfect for large families but it’s not super close to any restaurants or stores. While the house was clean overall, especially the bathrooms, there were some items that looked like they had been missed by the cleaning service and in poor condition. The coffee pots were nasty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Not just the crafts but the entire machine. Also, it’s supposed to accommodate eight people, but it had a 4 cup coffee pot. There also was a Keurig, but the Keurig was dirty too. The extra pillows had stains on them. It was hard to find a pillow without a stain, and they were all flat. When you went to find pillowcases for the extra pillows, they were haphazardly thrown in this linen closet that wasn’t organized and had linens stuffed every which way and towels stuffed every which way, and the condition of the towels and sheets were subpar. If they just cleaned the coffee pots and provided some decent quality towels and sheets and pillows, I would give them a much higher rating. The pool table was a lot of fun for our group and the bedrooms were nice and clean. There was plenty of parking. Simple Hospitality was very responsive when I called but they couldn’t get someone out there Saturday to provide pillows and a decent coffee pot or at least clean it. We had to run out to the store to buy pillows. They did pay for our coffee fior Saturday morning. Overall, it was enjoyable.

Nice house
We brought our 2 dogs. It was my son and his girlfriend and myself. Very nice place as pictured. It was clean and even the yard was picked up. Loved the solitude as it was always from the other houses and I didn’t have to worry about my dog barking at other dogs and people.

Great lake view but remote location
This property is 20 minutes from the restaurants in Sturgeon Bay and 30+ minutes to the other towns in Door County. It is in a very remote location at the very end of a road. The view of Little Sturgeon Bay is lovely, but we were there in the first week of November and so couldn't really enjoy the outdoor space. The lack of air conditioning obviously wasnt an issue at this time of year, and the heat worked great. I slept in the primary BR with a king bed and it was very comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We only made coffee and pizza, but the kitchen was large and seemed well equipped. The living room furniture is a little tired, but was reasonably comfortable. Be sure to have your TV / streaming service login IDs with you, or you wont be able to watch TV. The living room TV was large enough for us to watch our important football games. We did have a few problems with cleanliness that we reported on Friday, but the management company was very responsive.

Beautiful view
We stayed in June of 2023 wonderful view. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool table and firepit. Our dog was able to stay with us and enjoyed the yard. The weather was cool by the lake so we didn't need to use fans. Very private also.

Door County Vacation
We loved staying at this property! It was a great retreat after spending our days further north on the peninsula. We enjoyed the privacy, space, and dock. The downside for our family was that it's very mossy around the dock so we saved our swimming for public beaches. We hope to stay here again when we return to Door County.

Fun on the Bay
Overall it was a good place to go and we are already planning to submit a reservation for next year round the 4th of July. My only complaint is having to strip the beds when we paid an over $400 fee for cleaning service that was to be done after we leave. Having never done this sort of stay before I had assumed it was like a Hotel/Motel where obviously it needs to be cleaned and prepped for the next guest. I just don't understand why as guests, we had to do part of the cleaning peoples work for them?

Amazing Location and Amenities
We had an awesome stay! The property came with kayaks and boards so we basically just stayed in and enjoyed ourselves. Its really quiet and private and I loved how one can just sit and enjoy the bonfire at night ot just stare at the water. The lake is very shallow (abt 2ft deep) and sandy so the children were able to splash around without worry. We had some issues with the septic tank though. Thankfully the management was very promt and responded to us fairly quickly. We found some moldy utensils from a previous renter (im assuming) in the dishwasher but otherwise the property was clean. All in all very pleasant

Location!!!!
We spent last warm days at this wonderful house. This would be better if we stayed there in summer. House is right on a lake, clean water, beautiful views. Fire pit with comfortable chairs. Big property, a lot of room for dog play around. Gas grill, I would put it on the other side of the house so you can grill and watch the water. Inside good size rooms, kitchen with everything you need. Nice designed living room with pool table. Beautiful fireplace. I slept 2 nights watching the fire. Take firewood with you! In general we were glad to spend our short vacation at this place. Door county beautiful, doesn’t matter what time of the year you are coming. Only one thing, this house needs deep cleaning! Especially fireplace glass doors. You can tell that someone taking care of it but not enough. We will plan our trip for a summer months and hope our comments will be read and work will be done. Thank you

Fun fall getaway
Great property with lots of space outdoors for our dog to play. We used the kayaks, but a bit cold for other outdoor activities. House was a little dated inside, but clean and functional. Great view of the bay and sunset. A good pick for people who like outdoors and more rural settings.

This property had a fabulous view with a spacious yard. Unfortunately, the windows were very dirty hindering the view. The outdoor yard games that were listed could not be found to be used. We enjoyed the roomy layout of the house for our group of 6.
