Brand New- Near Dunes, Cave Point and Clark Lake

Summary:
Brand new home, uniquely designed and suitable for up to 8 people. Private location, yet just a short walk to Clark Lake and a 5 minute drive to Whitefish Dunes State Park and Cave Point. Your close to all Door County has to offer and only 15-20 min. to Egg Harbor, Baileys Harbor, Fish Creek, Ephraim, and Sister Bay! If you have a boat or a kayak, the Clark Lake boat ramp is just down the street, and there is ample parking for your boat and trailer. We love our pets, so we allow up to 2 dogs!

The Space:
The layout is perfect for a large group or even multiple families. There is a central living room space and kitchen with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on both sides. Make sure to enjoy the kids/teen hangout area complete with a smart TV and cables for your gaming system as well as a full size shuffleboard table! The grown ups can relax on the other side and enjoy the comfortable furniture while reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine.
There are 4 bedrooms, one with a king bed, and 3 with queen beds, 2 full size bathrooms including one with a tub. The kitchen/living area is spacious, with patio doors leading to an outside dining area overlooking the wooded backyard. The kitchen has a separate stove top, built in oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffee maker. There is a pantry and ample cabinets to store everything you need for your getaway. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, serving ware and utensils, you just need the food! The home also is stocked with all linens, towels, laundry and dish soap

Our home is centrally located in the middle of Door County. Close to Sturgeon Bay, Jacksonport and Bailey's Harbor.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, or drive anywhere in the county!
