Small, child friendly, cosy holiday development "Alpendorf". 1 km from the centre of Stumm, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'000 m2. Children's playground. Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7.5 km, tennis 1 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 250 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach - Hochfügen 1.7 km, Zillertal Arena 8 km, Zillertal 3000 15 km. The biological houses were built of wood at the edge of a stream. The "sauna cottage" with its reception, small kitchen and sauna area (available Monday to Friday between April and November extra, included from December to March) is located in the village of 6 houses. Heating costs are not included from April to November (payable on site, if necessary).

Alpenhüttenambiente
Innen und außen sehr schönes Holzhaus. Gute Aufteilung, viel Platz. Schöner großer Aufenthaltsraum, Sofa leider fleckig, nicht so einladend. Mit darüber gelegten Decken dann okay. Kommunikation mit den Zuständigen vor Ort sehr angenehm.

Das Haus war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung . Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können .Überall Spinnen und Spinnweben . Für ältere Personen könnten mal ein paar neue Gartenstühle angeschafft werden .Sonst war alles gut .

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, auch das Haus war ok, jedoch sind einzelne Elemente der Einrichtung derart abgewohnt und verschlissen, dass es nicht mehr ok ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber gemütlich, die Betten bequem und die Bettwäsche sauber. Gut ist, dass man zwei Badezimmer und zwei davon getrennte Toiletten hat. Das ist bei so vielen Urlaubern sehr wichtig. Der Duschkopf in dem einen Badezimmer ließ sich leider nicht so feststellen, dass man darunter duschen könnte. Ich denke, das muss man beim Saubermachen feststellen und reparieren bzw. erneuern. Im Wohn-Esszimmer gab es Platz für alle (aber auch nicht mehr, aber das war ja so bekannt und deshalb nicht zu beanstanden). Der Zustand der Sofas allerdings ist schon richtig arg. Auf einem Zettel an der Wand stand "Wir haben uns Mühe mit der Einrichtung gegeben" - das muss aber schon viele Jahre her sein, ebenso wie alle Zettel, die offensichtlich dort schon sehr lange hängen. Auch den Zustand des Geschirrs fanden wir eine Zumutung. Es gab nicht EINEN Becher, der nicht angeschlagen war, ebenso alle Teller und Schüsseln, die einfach oll und abgenutzt waren. Auf den Schneidebrettern möchte man nicht wirklich sein Gemüse oder Obst schneiden. Das hat insgesamt den Urlaubsgenuss etwas getrübt. Zum richtig Wohlfühlen gehört, dass man den Eindruck hat, die Vermieter haben sich ein wenig Mühe gegeben.

Tolles, uriges Haus.
Haus mit Charme, kann aber etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen. Viele Staubweben, wenig Haken und Ablagen in den Zimmern. Küche ist super ausgestattet, große Sitzecke. Sehr nette Vermietung, Service war klasse. Schöne Ortsrandlage und durch den Tunnel hört man die Bundesstraße kaum. Hunderunde geht auch klar. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Da wurde nur das Nötigste getan
Empfang und Information nett und unkompliziert, telefonisch immer erreichbar, schöner Hüttencharakter. Küche viel zu klein für 10 Personen, Töpfe und Pfannen z.T. unbrauchbar. Sitzgelegenheiten müssten dringend überholt werden. Betten haben gute Matratzen.

Geräumiges Haus, 8 Leute haben sehr gut Platz. Für 10 könnte es kuschelig werden. Alles in gutem Zustand, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Zillertal ist eine tolle Gegend mit sehr viel Angebot für Kinder.

Großes Ferienhaus
Tolle zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin, die jeder Zeit telefonisch erreichbar war. Wir haben uns als Familie, mit sieben Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden bestimm wieder kommen.

Gute Ausstattung, super für Kids, in der Umgebung sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Familien, Sauna war leider nicht nutzbar- sollte dann auch nicht beworben werden, wenn nutzbar Kosten im Sommer €50,-/3 Std., Fazit: gemütliches Haus, unkomplizierte Vermieterin, gute Lage, entspannter Urlaub!

Verbesserung möglich
Tolles Ferienhaus, wirklich zu empfehlen. Kleinere Mängel in der Ausstattung sollten behoben werden. Besen und Kehrschaufel dürfen ruhig ersetzt werden. Geschirrspüler musste erst das Salz nachgefüllt werden, Maschine war stark verschmutzt. Saunazeiten sind nicht aus Beschreibung ersichtlich ( Montag - Freitag von 17 - 20 Uhr) Ausserhalb dieser Zeiten nur gegen enormen Aufpreis für 3 Stunden. Ansonsten gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Haus mit allen Notwendigkeiten. Matratzen etwas zu weich für meine wünsche, wenig platz für Gepäck in den Zimmern. Mit Familie absolut zu empfehlen.

Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Haus
Küche für 9-10 Personen knapp bemessen, vor allem der Kühlschrank. Verbesserungsvorschläge: -Toiletten zum absperren -wenigstens an 2 Fenstern unten Fliegengitter -ein Toaster Defektes Fenster im Schlafzimmer wurde sehr schnell repariert

Gemuetliches Haus in den Alpen
Nettes Holzhaus, gross genug fuer 10 Personen. Die Sauna war sehr beliebt, die Lage war wunderbar fuer Skifahren in Kaltenbach. Die Kueche koennte etwas grosszuegiger eingerichtet sein (Kartoffelschaeler, Salatschuessel, scharfe Messer), ansonsten ein sehr schoener Urlaub.
