"This a charming Gasthaus. My daughter had surgery at the nearby Stenum Clinic. It is a little out of the way but we managed to walk to nearby restaurants, train station, and the hospital. The Gasthaus was decorated nicely for Christmas. We did not get fresh towels at all during our 5 day stay but didn't ever see anyone to ask either. Super quiet and comfortable. "Fikk ikke info på forhånd med kode for å komme inn hoveddøren eller rommet. Nummeret for å komme i kontakt med «resepsjon» fungerte ikke/fikk ikke svar. Ringte tilbake 20 minutter senere fra et helt annet nummer. Vanskelig å få tak i hva koden var fra den som snakket. Rommet var ok, men der var iskaldt! "This is the reason one goes to a hotel operated by a family. It was really clean, friendly and felt like going on a visit with family. Nice that one can have a decent dinner in the same hotel as well, also prepared by the owners :)"

"The ApartHotel was very convenient and comfortable and the people at the check-in desk were very helpful. The entry-way was good at the South East side of the building but it would have been nice to have had a sign on the North-east side of the building (facing the Train station) so that we could have found the main door more easily. We were confused at first to find our way in. The beds, showers, and cooking facilities were all great. "

"This was actually a very nice property. Clean and updated and new. We have two kids and four adults and had plenty a room. There was construction outside the building, but once that is done it will be a lot easier to access it. Wonderful place. I would recommend! "

In the heart of the old town

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault. "
