"Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. "We spent 4 nights at the Glorious Hotel and Spa while visiting family members in a village about 90 minutes away.
