"No one is at the front desk when we arrived. We tried to call and no one answered and they left the keys on the counter but didn’t indicate where the room is and it took us around 15 minutes to find our room. The restaurant is supposed to be open from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm but never did open. The service is not great. "

Staff were friendly. The hotel had a really nice small bar downstairs with a great atmosphere and extremely good prices for drinks. The breakfast option was also great, with a really nice food selection and great attention to detail."

"Great day to watch the cows come home! Surrounded by beauty everywhere, cozy hotel with excellent staff to take care of us. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Nice pool with Jacuzzi sauna steam room downstairs made for a nice relaxing two nights. Phenomenal. Especially breakfast!!"

"Spent a couple of days in Austria. The hotel was not the most important feature of the trip so we ended up with a 3 star. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly enough, but we were reminded of the difference between 3 and 4 star. The room, whilst clean and comfortable, was very basic indeed; towels were small, no toiletries, a bath with a shower attachment (but no shower curtain), not a single picture on the wall or anything that could be described as adding a bit of individuality to...
