Private, charming home in downtown Stuart

This charming 2 bedroom private home is located in a very quiet neighborhood in downtown Stuart just a few minutes walk to the river, restaurants and shopping. The house has been updated with a well equipped kitchen and newly refreshed baths. All of the sheets and towels are organic bamboo for maximum comfort. Speaking of comfort, there's a salt spa next door where guests receive a 15% discount on salt treatments. The house is also equipped with hi-speed Internet (WIFI) and a 65" Roku tv for streaming movies and shows. There's plenty of parking onsite, enough to fit a small boat and trailer and the boat ramp is less than a quarter mile away at Shepard's Park. There's a shop around the corner that rents bikes, paddleboards and kayaks. This friendly neighborhood has sidewalks and a well marked 'Healthy Trail' that meander's through the quiet streets and around the waterfront nearby. The City of Stuart offers a daily shuttle service as well if you prefer not to walk or bike. One of it's 12 shuttle stops is located less than 50 steps from the front door. The shuttle also offers a tour of downtown that is worth the ride. The beaches are less than a 10 minute drive away. Welcome to paradise!

A great little Place

Just Perfect!
This place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Stuart. So clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. The location was walkable to many waterfront bars and restaurants with an added perk of the downtown shuttle right across the street. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to spend our Christmas Holiday! We walked into downtown Stuart nearly every night for dinner and I even did a little shopping. Highly recommend!

The house has clearly been recently updated...everything is as new as you could want. Nothing was lacking to make the stay pleasant. Quiet street, but an easy walk to downtown Stuart and the Riverwalk.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. We were close enough to walk to dinner every night. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Great parking in the back so you don’t have to park on the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time in Stuart
This is a great property for a get-away in downtown Stuart, FL. It is just a short walk to the water where you will find several nice but casual restaurants, some with music in the evening. The cottage is clean, bright and convenient to everything. It is located right on the Stuart Healthy Trail, a 3-mile loop walking trail that takes you through the pretty downtown and along the boardwalk fronting the river. The hosts are wonderful. If you are looking for a casual, relaxed atmosphere, this is the place to stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time our plans take us to Stuart.

The home is decorated nicely and in a great location to walk to downtown Stuart and the riverwalk. It's an older home that's been renovated, so that makes it unique. We especially liked relaxing in the enclosed front porch.

Cute Home Walking Distance from Downtown Stuart & Riverwalk
We loved our stay here! It was a super cute house and it felt completely homey and safe. Many days during our stay we walked to downtown Stuart to go to the shops, get food, and enjoy the riverwalk. There was also a comic book store around the corner that my husband enjoyed going to. There was so much to explore! The house had plenty of space and everything we needed - we even used the cooler a couple of times. I also enjoyed sitting in the porch reading a book and relaxing. The neighbors were friendly and the big driveway was a huge perk. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place, location, & hosts!
A great place in a great location. The historic Stuart neighborhood is very quaint. An easy walk to downtown Stuart and great restaurants. I walked every night to dinner and around the area and waterfront. While this trip was by myself, I could easily see staying again with family. I spent more time here than originally planned, but was able to work remotely during my time too. Also good off street parking behind the house. While my 5 day stay in FL turned to 20 due to unforeseen circumstances, I feel very fortunate to have found this place for the last half. I ended up needing and being able to extend my stay while there. Devin & Trish are great hosts and very responsive. Clean home with newer washer and dryer. Truly a home away and would recommend the place and the location.

Property was very clean and hosts were very accessible and helpful when needed.
Very enjoyable. I love to cook so a few more pots/pans/utensils would have been nice but just a personal preference. Devin did go purchase an additional skillet as well as a cooler for the beach when I expressed this concern. Exceptional host! Thanks Devin!!!

A magical experience
I absolutely loved everything about this home! From the red and bamboo accents, to the Florida room, and the shuttered mirror in the dining room, the atmosphere was so welcoming and perfect! I loved the comfort of the bed and the reclining couch, paired with the 2 meditation cushions offered by the fireplace. I didn’t want to leave and plan to return again!! Trish, the housekeeper, was tremendous, and returned to me a special gift that completed the true magic of my stay. Thank you for all of this.

Good points: fabulous location, cute property Bad points: king bed so uncomfortable (no support) would stop us from ever staying here again. Twins also uncomfortable, cheap hard mattresses. Kitchen not equipped very well either, i.e. only one proper coffee mug??
