"Very comfortable and spacious — the ones we had was the one bedroom suite. They had all amenities provided including cooking hob, dishwasher, and coffee machines. Very comfortable, it felt like I was in my own home. Would recommend to families - pricey but worth the money."

The guest room beds had some some dirt on the sheets that we were able to get off but was not as expected. "

"I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"

"Apartments were nice, clean, well maintained in a convenient location away from the busy downtown core. Check in process was simple, though they should put in a more secure method of registration and payment of fees (leaving a paper form with sensitive PII and cash in an envelope on the table as you check out, without being able to lock the door when you leave, is a huge identity theft risk - especially as the exterior door is left open and unlocked during the day).
