"The president suite is amazing. Im also a geologist, and I was told the Owner is the same. I can see the influence of the decor based on this. The suite was so well suited for a romantic weekend. The bathroom was amazing. The view from both the main rooms was great for views of the main zizka square."

"Das Bauernhaus ist schön die Kinder waren von der Scheune begeistert, allerdings sollten die Wespennester entfernt werden. Eines unter dem Tisch, das besonders gefährlich ist, unser 5-jähriger wurde gestochen. die Spiele sind super, die Räumlichkeiten gross und interessant, ein Platz zum wohlfühlen. "The location was probably the best part of this place. It was just off the beaten path that we didn't have much noise with the windows open, but it was close enough to everything that it was easily walkable. They had a great continental breakfast that really helped us start our days out right. We ended up in one of the rooms at the very top, so our ceilings were pretty low, and caused several of us to hit our heads. That's the reason for the 4 star instead of the 5. Otherwise, it was great! "

"As a wellness hotel it was very good value and in a nice, quiet area. It was right next to the river Thaya. All facilities were well maintained and great to use. My room (single) had an annoying noise together with a smell of cigarette coming from the bathroom which woke me up during the night.. It took a day and several requests to fix the noise (I stayed 3 nights), but the smell apparently could not be fixed. "A good hotel close to the old town. We ate at the restaurant and the food was fabulous. Loved the old town and the history of the town and had a nice walk around the Jordan River. It was a good choice to stop over on our way from Prague to Cesky Krumlov."

"The hotel is in a pretty good location near by the main square, has a good parking lot, the property is remodeled and modern but unfortunately my husband and I were not able to get a good night sleep all 4 nights because the bed is extremely hard! "Schönes Ferienhaus, nette Gastgeber, die nach bestem Können gerne weiterhelfen und z.B. eine Angelgelegenheit vermitteln. Ansonsten liegt das Haus schön ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück und jeden Morgen bekommt man Besuch von Hahn und Huhn. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Don't stay in room 116.

"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant, even though a "sanitised" note was left on it. It was disgusting. Even though the hotel advertised free parking, the hotel car park was full. We had to use paid parking for 24 hours (100 CZK). No fridge in the room. Don't stay in room 116. You'll hear every single drunk using the stairs at 2 a.m. and every mum yelling at kids to be careful on the stairs on the way to breakfast. The breakfast was OK. There were plenty of options to pick from: fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, etc. The restaurant's staff was extremely nice to us. "
