Even so: Kettle lid was broken and there was no way to fill it unless you filled glasses with water from the bathroom tap to gradually fill it, then put it on the floor close to a plug then boil water. Shower took very long to produce hot water. Drains very slow. Bathroom door rubbed on the floor and squeaked so disturbs everyone at night. Bed sheets were of various sizes. Not standard. The...

"The located was a block from one of the main squares. Several restaurants, coffee shopa and other shopping is everywhere. If you plan a a stop in Zagreb this is the place. The sounds of Christmas were everywhere and several Christmas Markets were basically right outside our door"

"The room is simple but very clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. Love them. Igor, the owner, was brilliant, such a friendly and helpful person. The hotel doesn't have a reception so you need to contact Igor beforehand to arrange check in but that was really smooth. The hotel is close to Zagreb Arena and city center and you have trams available on the doorstep. I would definitely be staying there on my next trip to lovely Zagreb. "
