"Great location and staff"

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my father. This was part of a trip to go to Wembley in London, and was the first trip we had taken since my mother (my father’s wife) passed away. The service we received was unbelievably good. I have never received such good service from a hotel or from a member of staff such as from the person working on reception (I think their name was medina/medima). They are a credit to Marriot. I wanted to say thank you for helping us have a good weekend away to help cheer us up during a hard time in our lives. 10/10 will stay here again and recommend moxy to all my friends and family "

"Very cosy warm room, comfy bed, very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast great,the chef went that extra bit by cooking fried eggs every morning as soon as I walked into the restaurant, very much appreciated. Good selection of food and served hot. Room facilities could be better.the mattress was too small for the base. Very limited items on the drinks tray ie: only 2 bags of English breakfast tea, only 2 sachets of white sugar, etc. as staying as a couple, drinks become rationed. Once relaxed in room, don’t always feel like walking downstairs to reception to ask for more. Towels in bathroom also limited. One large bath towel, 2 smaller ones but too small to wrap around head when hair has been washed and one of these had to be used as a floor mat. Shame as everything else was perfect."
