Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "The property was great! We were on the 13th floor with a nice corner room that had floor to ceiling windows for a great view. The apartment was clean with modern furnishings. We had a balcony but I wished it would have some chairs on it so you could enjoy sitting out there. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our stay in Rotterdam. The staff at Premier Suites went above and beyond to arrange for fizz and chocolates to be in the room when we arrived on my husband's birthday. The room itself was stunning and I could happily stay there for a long time. The only negative was that there was some serious demolition work happening nextdoor which we weren't warned about in advance and disrupted our stay."
