"I stayed at the residence inn by Marriott in Sarajevo on my five day trip to the beautiful country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Amina.and she kindly took my bag and advised me to come back at three as the room wasn't ready as yet. Amina was very professional and kind. During my stay I also spoke to Riyadh, Janina and Salena who were also very good and professional. The hotel was very comfortable. "Staff was attentive and friendly - made sure we had all the relevant info - I was celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with an in room sweet treat - hotel is located in one of the best spots of the city - easy walk to almost anywhere - covered parking in the scc center and the hotel has valet. Breakfast had a lot of options both traditional Bosnian and some intercontinental /American type breakfast options - rooms were very nice and I would have to stay very nice and best hotel...

"Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly not much English was spoken. Spa was good. Steam rooms were nice. Kettle and mini bar and hair dryer. Air con was hot! Had to leave the door open as it was hot. I would go again. "

"I had a great stay very close to old town Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including calling taxis and offering restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast offers a good assortment of options. The only negative was that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear guests in neighboring rooms. Aside from that, a really good value for money, clean accommodation close to old town, and really friendly staff. "

"Vila Harmony in Sarajevo is an excellent hotel. The location is up on the side of a hill and outside of the main tourist area of the city. You can easily walk in to see the sights or take the tram. There are some excellent dining locations nearby as well. "

Convenient Location for Seeing Visoko

"I arrived around half an hour later than initially planned, so the owner Nedzad was very gracious to come later, show me around the property and ensure that I was comfortable for the night. Also, the checkout time is very generous (1200), so I was able to fully rest in preparation for the next day's sightseeing. The property is conveniently located to a bakery and one of the few all-night restaurants in Visoko, which also saved me from going to bed hungry. The rooms themselves are quite no-frills but can sleep up to four people, so good for both solo travellers as well as small groups. I would say that a little extra linen and some toiletries (there was no bath soap provided) would be good, plus the shower was not very clean, but these are things that can be easily solved."
