"Most amazing meals! Great value! The hair dryer and electric outlets were not great but we managed. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean considering it's age. The wine list is out of this world. Top notch Chef Carlo wears tons of hats with total elegance. He is a fantastic sommelier, host, chef, bell hop, concierge etc etc. Such fabulous personal service. "It was the most terrible experience during our trip around Europe. This “villa” is not only dilapidated, creepy and damp, but also very dirty! Grey towels, garbage bin was full, no amenities at all, no basics as shampoo or soap. And cherry on top - insects in the room and a huge spider on the wall, that made us afraid to sleep at night. The “breakfast” consists of a few buns and some yogurt, there were no healthy alternatives. Don’t choose this hotel!!!! "
