The large, comfortable and tastefully decorated holiday home 'Casa Pedum' has approximately 100sqm of living space.
The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building, which consists of only 4 units.
The house is situated in a central but quiet location in Magognino, only 4 km away from the famous resort of Stresa.
The apartment is accessed via a staircase on the 2nd floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with all mod cons and dining table for 6 people, a cozy living room with fireplace and access to a covered terrace from which an impressive panoramic view of the Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains is to enjoy.
The terrace offers even in bad weather, the possibility to eat outside and enjoy the view!

In the panoramic views of the mountains you can see the top of the mountain 'Pedum' (about 2100m) after the apartment is named!

Thanks to a recent renovation, everything is well maintained.

Well equipped apartment with great views of the lake
We enjoyed our stay in this property. We are a family of five and there was enough space for all of us, and the two bathrooms were very welcome. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. It was also very handy to park outside. The views over the lake from the outside terrace were lovely and made a great place to eat. It was extremely hot when we stayed (35C during they day, and 30C at night) and there were two fans provided which were very welcome. It would be even better if there were three (ie one per room). Also there are several flights of stairs to get to the front door - this was no problem for us but should be considered if you have mobility issues. The village is very small and is a short drive from the local shops and from Stresa. Overall we would recommend this as a place to stay and explore Lake Maggiore

Super ausgestattet Ferienwohnung!
Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und hatten eine ganz wunderbarer Zeit. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht. Von dem überdachten Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Und besonderes hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Kontakt mit Yvonne, sowohl vor als auch während unserem Aufenthalt standen wir ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp in Kontakt. Nach unserer Anreise wurde sich ganz lieb erkundigt, ob alles geklappt hat. Fragen oder Anliegen wurden sofort abgeklärt und am Ende des Urlaubs bekamen wir auch noch Tipps für die Heimfahrt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore
Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub in Magognino. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Toll ist der Blick auf den Lago und die Berge. Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Bei Fragen wurde uns von der Agentur sofort geholfen. Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert. Ein Manko ist der Kirchturm, der zwischen 7 Uhr und 22 Uhr halbstündlich ausgiebig läutet und hellhörigen Personen die Entspannung etwas trüben kann. Auch schade, dass der Balkon nach Norden ausgerichtet ist. Da wir eine kühlere Zeit erwischt hatten, hätten wir uns über ein paar Sonnenstrahlen gefreut, aber in der heißeren Zeit ist das sicher auch vorteilhaft. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank für alles und den netten Kontakt!

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables! L'appartement est très bien équipé, la cheminée est un plus. Nous étions 2 couples+ 1 enfant de 9ans, l'appartement est bien adapté. Ne pas avoir mal aux genoux pour monter les 36 marches qui mènent au 2e étage... Aucun commerce de proximité accessible à pieds mais très jolie vue. Yvonne est très sympathique et accessible quelque soient les demandes, la propriétaire est également bien agréable. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne la voisine du dessous... Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir!

Herrliche Aussicht, Betreuung zum Wohlfühlen
Die Wohnung liegt im kleinen, beschaulichen Dorf Magongnino oberhalb des wunderschönen Lago Maggiore. Wir haben es genossen, mit der herrlichen Aussicht auf den See und die Berge auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken oder einfach nur zu entspannen, denn es wehte selbst bei hohen Temperaturen im Juli immer wieder ein leiser, kühlender Wind. Yvonne hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während des Aufenthaltes immer wieder mit Ausflugs-, Strand- und Restauranttipps versorgt. Eine wunderschöne Woche!

Séjour très agréable
Terrasse avec vue sur le lac très appréciable, nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Logement situé à 7 mn de l'autoroute, très pratique pour rayonner. Equipement de la cuisine très complet, y compris le nécessaire pour le quotidien que l'on oublie parfois d'emmener en vacances (scello-frais, papier alu, liquide vaisselle, etc...). Deux salles de bains, pratique quand on a des filles ados :). Petits points négatifs: voisinage parfois bruyant, l'appartement est vite chaud (dernier étage, pas de clim' mais des ventilateurs), douche un peu vieillote, l'eau chaude met du temps à arriver. Au global, nous recommandons tout de même cet appartement, l'administratrice est très gentille et attentionnée.

Un agréable séjour passé dans l'appartement d'Alessandra. Accueil chaleureux. L'appartement est vaste (nous y étions avec nos 4 enfants), belle vue sur le lac majeur. L'appartement est à 15mn de Stresa dans un village très calme. Il est bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Bien situé, l'autoroute n'est pas très loin, ce qui permet de rayonner facilement.

Großzügige und vollwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ideal gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Stresa. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen entlang des gesamten Westufers. Kontakt sehr freundlich, Abwicklung problemlos. Absolut empfehlenswert.
