Breathtaking View over the Lake, Charming House surrounded by Nature

Casa Bella Vista Levo is a terraced house, part of an elegant condominium, surrounded by nature with a unique and breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.
The property is on two floors: on the ground floor you will find a sitting area, a double bedroom, the bathroom, the closet and the kitchen. The first floor, finished with parquet and exposed wooden beams, is dedicated to the second bedroom, with two single beds, and a lounge area with sofa and TV.
The property is surrounded by a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, where our guests will have the opportunity to have lunch enjoying a unique view.
A private garden, perfect for sunbathing, equipped with a barbecue ideal for days with family or friends, complete the property.
Private outdoor parking is available for guests.

The property has been recently renovated and furnished with elegant and functional furniture and accessories, in order to guarantee our guests an even more comfortable stay.

Getting to Casa Bella Vista is simple:
50 minutes by car from Milan city;
45 minutes by car from Milan Malpensa airport (MXP) or one hour by bus (to Stresa);
1 hour by train from Milan Central Station (to Stresa);
2. 5 hours by train from Geneva airport (GVA) (to Stresa);
45 minutes by car from the Swiss border.

Italian legislation provides for the need to send a copy of an identity document of each guest to the police headquarters within 24 hours from the moment of check-in. A copy of the documents will then be requested at the time of booking. Thanks for understanding.

Beautiful view and wonderful hosts
The view is beautiful. Townhome is located a short drive above Stresa. Dedicated parking spot. Home is updated and has all kitchen supplies needed. Host left wine, pastries and a sweet note as it was three of our family members birthdays. Check in was easy.

Small but very functional and clean property in an excellent location with beautiful views. The entire process, from making the reservation, communication prior to the stay and instructions for the stay were very good. I would highly recommend the property and its owners.

Immaculate apt. Super clean with the most attentive hosts. Many extras and the hosts care for the guest was over the top. Super nice. A lovely mix of modern and classic design. We are coming back!

Great holiday home with fantastic views
The house, the view and the surroundings are really great and just like it looks in the photos. The landlords are super nice and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather, it was quite cool and very rainy, but we will definitely come back to enjoy the location in summer with lots of sunshine

Everything is exactly as described. There is an online house book with many recommendations, the supermarket is authentic. We were lucky enough to have the landlord there on holiday at the same time and it was a pleasure to meet him. Extremely friendly, reserved and helpful at the same time. The place and the surrounding area are picturesque. We will gladly come back and recommend the property to others.

Schönes Apartment mit grandioser Aussicht
Schönes, helles Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Es ist alles verfügbar, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Das Beste ist aber die Terrasse mit Aussicht über den See. Egal ob bei gutem oder schlechtem Wetter, Tag oder Nacht, es ist immer ein Vergnügen über den See zu schauen. Leider gibt es im Ort Levo selbst kein Geschäft, aber die Geschäfte und ganz besonders Stresa sind mit kurzen Fahrten zu erreichen. Stresa ist für mich einer der schönsten Orte am See, fröhlich lebendig und eine Reise wert.

Wunderbar entspannte 14 Tage in Levo.
Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienhäuschen. Von der Buchung, über den Check-in, dem freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Kontakt bis zur Abwicklung und Abreise war alles so, wie wir es und gewünscht haben. Dass dieser Urlaub so erholsam, stressfrei und entspannt war, lag auch an daran, am Gesamtpaket "Vermieter und Haus". Danke dafür. Wenn es uns wieder einmal an den Lago Maggiore verschlagen sollte, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit sensationellem Blick
Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Ort oberhalb des Lago Maggiore. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht über den See und man kann sie bei jedem Wetter nutzen, da sie selten dem Wind ausgesetzt ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend! Vom Föhn bis hin zu Spülmaschentaps und Waschmittel in ausreichender Menge sowie Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker in Einzelportionen - alles ist vorhanden. Besonders nett fanden wir das "Survival-Kit" mit landestypischer Lebensmitteln!

Wie bei Freunden
Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, hier wurde auch z.B. in der Küche nicht am Geschirr und Gläsern gespart. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist schlicht umwerfend. Die Empfehlungen der Vermieter sind sehr gut und leiten einen zu autentischen Plätzen abseits des Tourismus-Rummels. Besonders gefallen hat uns der extrem freundliche und unkomplizierte Umgang der Vermieter und ihrer Angehörigen. So war es nicht einfach nur Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns wie zu Gast bei Freunden gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Urlaubsfeeling pur
Casa Bella Vista liegt wirklich sehr schön und ruhig über dem Lago Maggiore, man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf den See. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und komplett, die Vermieter haben an sehr viele Details gedacht, z.B. Waschmaschinen und Spültabs, Gesellschaftsspiele, Korkenzieher, Küchenwaage, Handtücher ... Etc. Am Tollsten: Das Wasser ist trinkbar und schmeckt richtig gut. Kein Flaschenschleppen aus dem Supermarkt und weniger Plastikmüll :-) Von Levo aus kann man in wenigen Autominuten tolle Ausflüge machen: z.B. die Seilbahn auf den Monte Mottarone, Bootsfahrten auf die Borromäischen Inseln, Baden im Lago Mergozzo, aber auch schöne Wanderungen sind möglich. Die Gegend um Levo oder Stresa ist herrlich und bietet viele touristische Attraktionen, und lässt somit schnell Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen. Die Menschen, die sich um Casa Bella Vista und deren Besucher kümmern sind alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und geborgen gefühlt und würden wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank für das hervorragende Gesamtpaket.

Super Urlaub mit toller Aussicht
Oberhalb von Stresa im Ortsteil Levo gelegenes Appartement mit toller Aussicht über den See und die borromäischen Inseln. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Highlight sind die Terasse und das zugehörige Stück Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit . Die Vermieter Paolo und Zainab sind tolle Gastgeber, die viele hilfreiche Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!
