"We had a lovely week here and really wished we could stay longer. The gite is very comfortable and spacious in beautiful surroundings. Really safe for little ones with gates outside etc. the pool was a real highlight and kept my 5 year old fully entertained for a week. Lots of activities to do nearby, a really family friendly are."

"The renovated farm house has a tasteful combination of old charm and modern style. The location is great for sightseeing if you like to explore medieval villages and towns. Definitely we would recommend this place. Our minor complaint is that there was no shampoo and hand/body soap. Also, keep in mind that bed linens and towels are extra, request them while booking this place."

"A magnificent old house, ideally situated close to Sarlat . Excellent pool and BBQ facility. The bedrooms were perfect for our large family of 13 , plus 2 very well behaved dogs . Extensive grounds for early morning walks and the tennis court was used by the more overly active family members. We did have a few issues but these were sorted by Pierre, the manager, who also organised for a local chef to cook all of us an evening meal which was excellent !! The owner, Lynda was particularly kind...

"The house is perfectly situated not far from Argentat sur Dordogne, in very easy walking distance and so we were able to enjoy the benefits of the town without having to drive. The house is lovely and the pool is amazing. It was very hot in the first week we were there so struggled a little with the heat at night but in the second week it cooled down so was much more comfortable. "Overall experience of the property: - Owners friendly, with a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival - Fantastic pool and a lovely garden - Superb location to visit all of the key areas / sights within the Dordogne Few points to note: - The stairs in the property are very steep, therefore, not suitable for young children or the elderly - The wifi didn't work very well and was intermittent - not a deal breaker but useful to have - Very hot upstairs as no fans or a/c - again not a deal breaker...
