Pretty old house in the heart of a beautiful village classified in the Lot (46) near all shops (2km). The house is close to high tourist sites like Rocamadour, Padirac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne etc ... The Dordogne River flows at 8km. It has a large terrace on which there is a swimming pool, garden furniture, and sunbathing. Exposed south-west it enjoys a beautiful sunshine. New bathrooms. Pretty decoration. Village and environment very calm. It is not suitable with too young children who can not swim.

Maison atypique
Maison du 16ème siècle dans son "jus" dans un village d'une vingtaine de maisons. Pas de commerces à moins de 2 kilomètres "carrefour ".le village est très calme en cul de sac. Il y a 5 chambres et 2 salles de bains ainsi que 2 toilettes. La maison était assez bien équipée même si tout n'était pas parfait. Le propriétaire très sympathique et réactif doit faire des investissements dans l'année. Géographiquement, beaucoup de sites à visiter à moins d'une heure. Petit bémol la piscine à l'ombre le matin était un peu fraîche. Dans l'ensemble bon séjour dans cette superbe région.

La maison n'est pas louable en l'état : dégât des eaux, sols gondolés, saleté, électroménager défectueux, sommiers et literie de mauvaise qualité : on a finit les vacances le dos cassé. Clairement ça ne vaut pas son prix !

Insalubre
Cette maison est délabrée, rien est aux normes. Tout était tellement sale quand nous sommes arrivés que nous n’avons même pas osé déballer nos affaires. Nous avons trouvé des miettes et du moisi dans le congélateur, des tonnes de poussière et à la première douche un torrent d’eau dans les escaliers. À fuir absolument.
