"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. "Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. "Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. Swimming pool is lovely but not alll the water features worked. Overall a lovely hotel and really recommend "

Above average experience, very nice

"I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it. "
