"Great customer service, comfortable bed, functional appliances. I’m not sure if there is an elevator, but I could not find one, which was a slight inconvenience for us. Old stains on towels and sheets."

"It was pretty clean. The beds were so worn out that they slope towards each other. Not very comfortable. No plug in the tub to take a bath and no shampoo. Pleasantly quiet. Friendly staff. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need."

"We loved this place and property. We stayed in the area to hike around CVNP and it was perfect. We got lucky and did not have any one else staying near the adjacent properties. We were able to see deer, turkeys, hawks, and a giant possum walking around the rental. The back porch was perfect to watch ..."

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Under sofa was loaded with trash. No shampoo, or soap, no sheets or blanket available in room for fold out couch.
