"Das Haus war bei Ankunft leider nicht sauber, es gab viele Haare auf dem Boden und im Bad. Die Spüle war undicht, der Kühlschrank hat am Anfang getropft. Haus ist neu gestrichen, neuer Boden, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Bad müsste renoviert werden. Haus hatte am Anfang einen muffigem Geruch. "

"Wir haben hier eine Woche im Herbst verbracht. Besonders der Holzofen hat sehr zur Gemütlichkeit beigetragen. Morgens scheint die tiefstehende Sonne in den Wohn- und Essraum, der hell und freundlich gestaltet ist. Man kann über die Hecke das Meer sehen und muss nur 50m zum Strand laufen. Es fehlte anfangs leider einige Ausstattung - keine Seife, kein Klopapier, kein Pfannenwender, einige kaputte Glühbirnen. "leider mussten wir bei Ankunft erstmal an manchen stellen Spinnen enfernen. Ein weiterer halber Stern war das wir den Toaster benutzten und dieser aufgrund eines elektirchen Fehlers des Gerätes leider kaputt ging. Auf Nachfrage und Kontakt wurden wir von Novasol mit der Antwort abgespeißt das der Toaster ja nicht Teil des Inserates sei und somit nicht ersetzt werden kann! Das war ärgerlich, den ich denke gerade so etwas wie ein Toaster sollte mitlerweile Standart in einer Ferienhausküche...

"Wohnung und Ausstattung im Allgemeinen gut. Ärgerlich war nur die Bedingung, dass Bettwäsche/Handtücher nur als kostenpflichtiges Extra zu bekommen sind und vor allem, dass dies im 60 km entfernten Service Büro in Gilleleje abzuholen/zurückzugeben ist. An Bahnreisende ist dabei nicht gedacht. Zudem war dieses Service Büro telefonisch zu keiner Zeit erreichbar und es gab auch keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der uns bei Schwierigkeiten mit dem klemmenden Eingangsschloß behilflich gewesen wäre."

Eine englische Variante wäre gut gewesen. Die Heizung lässt sich nur über eine App steuern, für die man sich mit seinen privaten Daten anmelden muss. Die Abflüsse im Bad haben nach Kläranlage gerochen. Der Geruch hat sich im ganzen Haus verteilt. Für eine Woche ging es zwar, aber für den Preis haben wir mehr...
