"We had an excellent stay in the Wellness Rezort Janosikov Dvor. We were enchanted by the beautiful traditional wooden cottages and the surrounding nature. The room was cosy, clean and beautifully furnished. We were delighted with the fast internet, so our entertainment was taken care of. The service in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We tasted authentic Slovak dishes that tasted like grandma's. Breakfast was also very tasty and varied enough. We also used the additional services such as the wellness, which provides everything you need. There are plenty of saunas, hot tubs, massages and a wonderful terrace with a mountain view. The kids appreciated playing golf and the playground. We will definitely come again."

"This is a simple hotel, possibly from the Socialist era, and rather spartan in terms of decoration but it is clean, comfortable and very good value for money. It is in a nice part of town easily reached by a 10-minute bus ride from the station. My only caveat is that the walls seem quite thin and I could hear conversation from the next room so some ear plugs could be useful to ensure a good night's sleep. But I was pleased with my stay there and slept very well so i would certainly return."

"The hotel is stunning and has very few things to point out. The service was excellent, breakfast on offer way above average continental. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and provided loccitane toiletries were a nice surprise. We were perhaps unlucky as the room/mezonet above our room had noisy guests and creaking floorboards which kept us up most night. We enjoyed the pool one evening, which was also lovely. "

"In the event due to missed trains, i didn't arrive till 1 am butt he staff were very helpful and arranged a place for me to pick up the key. Absolutely no problems on arrival despite the late hour."

"It was a very short visit, for work reasons. After an unexpected cancellation of a hotel reservation in Martin, I chose Pension Rosnicka instead. I don't regret it at all. Pension Rosnicka gives you the feeling of being in Switzerland, surrounded by mountains, with a sufficiently large pool cleaned with organic algae which really fulfills its function perfectly. I work in film production, so I visit dozens of hotels every year, but this pension has a family atmosphere. We felt really good there."
