"I booked a hot tub weekend away for my husband and I to the Steadings and what a beautifully clean and comfortable cottage it was. The owners met us as we drove to the cottage to show us around. They had also left us a welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco, that was a lovely extra. We made full use of the log burner as it wasn’t the best of weather when we were there. The location is peaceful and out of the way but central enough to get to pretty much anywhere in the highlands in an hour or two by car. "Accommodation was the perfect balance of cosy and modern. It was immaculately presented and very well equipped. We received a warm welcome on our arrival, including a gift of homemade shortbread and some locally made whisky. Tilly, the dog, dropped in to hello too and visited us daily and was absolutely no trouble at all. The accommodation is in an ideal location which made days away very easy and accessible. I would definitely wish to stay again and would highly recommend this holiday home."

"What a lovely cottage! It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beautiful, quiet setting near Stirling. We explored the jail and the castle. Took the train to Edinburgh (not a lot of parking at the station). Drove to the ferry to Isle of Arran (take your car if you can). This cottage is in a great location for touring the Edinburgh/Glasgow area."
