"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."

"Booked my reservation 25 minutes before arriving. My room was clean and ready for me and my husband, along with sweet little sachets of lavender. The bed was just what we needed after a long day of exploring the island . Enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the morning and the convenient parking space . Wish we had time to use the pool! "Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. "A fabulous hotel situated just at the Rab Town ferry point. Gorgeous old and modern features inside, interesting artwork , marble staircase. A very calming atmosphere. The room with harbour balcony was large , very comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer. Staff were very professional and polite. Never seen a bottle of fizz at the breakfast buffet before!"

"the flat is ok but we could not use the hot tub as promised in our property because the garden has not gate and neighbours were using it instead of us in the night . Moreover the road towards the beach is full of rubbish and building sites. these flats are booked mostly by groups of young people and is easy to have a party on top of your flat in the night . we had to ask to be moved to a new flat in the babe beach area and it was much better "

"The location was good. But had to collect keys from different places which is not ideal. Again had to give deposits which is also not a good idea as stay was only costing xx Euro and deposit was 5 xx Euros. Basic Amenities like shampoo, Oil (Kitchen) and iron was missing . AC was only in sitting room where you need it in rooms. "
