"House is Amazing , Same can be said of Ken , The Owner , Great guy and VERY accommodating for most anything you could need . Close to DIA but while you can see the planes , you rarely hear them as it doesnt seem to be on a flight path so you can sit on the lower deck and jst watch them come and go ( by or in a rather nice hot tub ) Just be aware that it is in a somewhat rural neighborhood area ( LOVE That fact personally ! ) --- When we go back , And We WILL be back , it`s a good idea to either have dinner before you arrive or get some takeout as it`s a bit of a drive to get to ``commercial `` areas to buy stuff . He has a well appointed kitchenette downstairs W/ fridges(2) , ice maker W/ cold water dispenser, microwave, dishes and silverware, coffe maker ETC --- But , DONT worry about B-fast , Ken takes good care of that as well , He`ll give you an actual menu when you arrive during the tour of the place ! I`d go on more but dont have space on here . That Said , THANK YOU KEN for a very nice evening , We WILL see you again Sis ! --- Kim and Steve from Canon City . "

"My brother, mom and I met up at this property to attend a funeral in Centennial. The property had plenty of space and an excellent location! Bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. Communication with the owner was excellent. This property is highly recommended!"

"We came in for a Convention at the Gaylord Resort. The resort is overpriced so we found this gem. Everything was great from beds to the cast iron skillet we used to sear steaks on. Location was perfect and very close to the convention center. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Communication from mgmt was excellent even later in the evening. They helped me out after two other properties cancelled on me with short notice. Place had been prepped for our arrival. Plenty of fun stuff to do as pictured. Will definitely stay again!"
