Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Straßburg. Die Bahnstation war fußläufig nur 3min entfernt. Zudem gab es Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und der Service war sehr freundlich.

Great hotel for the Christmas Marjets.
Hotel was wonderful and close enough to walk to the Christmas market. Was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful place for a short stay and even better for an extended stay (big rooms with kitchenette and laundry facilities on site). Short tram ride to downtown… very convenient. Quiet hotel out of the business of downtown. Close to European parliament. Highly recommend. Great breakfast!

Hotel was only 6 months old. Room was well-appointed, clean and spacious. Rooftop lounge areas and breakfast room were a different thing to find, but worked well. More washers and dryers would be a good addition to guest services.

The new hotel, spacious room, rich breakfast, something which is difficult to find in other Strasbourg hotels. Excellent roof top restaurant and bar, very convenient for business trips connected with European institutions. There is no everyday cleaning service of the rooms, which was not mention in the description of the facilities in Expedia.

In unserer Unterkunft, ging das Leselicht nicht. Nach mehrfachen reklamieren, wurde es nicht repariert. Das internet ging weder bei mur noch bei meiner Tochter, auch das hatten wir reklamiert aber es wurde abgetan als lingt es an uns. Nur 2 deutsche tv Sender die auch einen sehr schlechten Empfang hatten.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem europäischen Parlament und ist umgeben von anderen Hotels und Hochhäusern. Es teilt sich die Rezeption mit dem Hotel nebenan. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Farbkonzept und die Möbel haben uns gefallen. Unser Zimmer war mit einem super WLAN, USB Ladesteckdosen, einen großen Fernseher, einer Top Küche ausgesattet. Mit deinem dicken schweren Vorhang konnte man das Zimmer komplett abdunkeln. An der Türe bedien sich Schalter für "Nicht stören" und "Zimmer reinigen". Das Zimmer und auch das Bad ist sehr groß. Das Bad ist hell erleuchtet, hat einen großen Spiegel und eine große Duschkabine mit Regenduschen. Nicht gefallen hat uns der Geruch der gesamten Hygieneprodukte die nach Minze und Mundwasser riechen. Außerdem ist das WC Papier so dünn das man dreifach so viel verwenden muss. Auch fanden wir schade dass der Boden im Bad nicht gefliest war sondern aus einem Material das Wasser nicht gut verträgt und bereits jetzt (das Hotel ist noch nicht alt) erhebliche Wasserschäden aufweist. Auch die Armaturen in der Dusche sind stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Es ist außerdem deutlich sichtbar das nur oberflächlich gereinigt wird. Die Armaturen sind stark verkalkt. Viele Wandhenkel sind nicht korrekt montiert und hängen schräg&locker. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und es gab eine große Auswahl. Der Raum ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider kam das Personal mit dem Spülen nicht hinter her.

Sehr gutes Lage
Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich und eines Marriott nicht würdig. Kein Müsli und wenig Auswahl. Es wurden die Tische nicht abgewischt. Das Hotel ist 300 m vom Europaparlament entfernt und mit der Straßenbahn B ist man in 15 MInuten in der Stadt. Den kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir nicht gefunden, doch es gibt direkt beim HOtel ein Parkhaus. MIt dem Gutschein vom HOtel kostet das Parkhaus ungefähr 20 Euro am Tag. Ein tolles Zimmer mit Küche und Tiefkühlschrank.. jeder Zeit wieder.. PReis/ Leistung war voll ok.
