Comfortable Stay
The check-in process was very smooth and the staff were helpful with our enquiries. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is located about 1 km to the Gare Central and the old town. There is the tram just in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around if you do not use to walk. Tram tickets can be purchased on line and it is valid for 24 hrs.

It was a good place
The front desk staff left me hanging around waiting to check in. I had been waiting for quite awhile and then they started checking in other guests. I wasn’t happy about it but eventually they got me my room.

Door could not be unlocked to allow exit from room. Door jam damaged should have been replaced or repaired. Lack of attention to maintenance and building upkeep! One small towel, poor guest experience, does not reflect commitment to guest satisfaction. Could not find power outlet in bedroom area other than tv area and all in use. A new experience unsatisfactory! .

Zimmer an sich sauber, das wars aber auch an positivem Eindruck. Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand, nicht einladend und heruntergewohnt. Es wäre an der Zeit eine Sanierung vorzunehmen. Im Eingangbereich ins Zimmer ist direkt die Küche… Bad altbacken… am ende muss man auch noch seinen Müll mitnehmen! Unter Apartmenthotel versteht man etwas anderes!! Keine Empfehlung, wirklich keine gute Erfahrung!

Séjour du 1 au 2 juin, chambre dans un état déplorable, WC salle (traces d'excréments dans la cuvette), une paire de chaussettes dans l'armoire et une dosette de café posée sur l'évier. Visiblement le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement !!! J'ai signalé tout ça dans la foulée à l'accueil. Leur seul souci était d'aller vérifier mes dires... J'ai demandé que cela soit au moins désinfecté car j'avais nettoyé mais, à mon retour, rien n'avait été fait !!! Manque de sérieux total, à fuir...
