"Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, unflexibel und fast schon respektlos. Die Qualität der Zimmer lässt auch zu wünschen. "The Hotel Rugenblick has a friendly, helpful staff. The 'single standard' room was very clean if furnished somewhat spartanly. Everything was in good order, however.
