"Very nice stay in the heart of Stralsund"

"Great location on picturesque street within an easy and scenic walk (less than 1 kilometer) to the entrance to the old town. Also very close to the train station, if arriving that way. We had an assigned parking spot in back of the hotel. Desk service personnel were outstanding. Room was small but comfortable. We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast so cannot comment there. Good value, and a pleasant stay. I'd rate a 4.5!"

"A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely town. Our room had a delightful view of the Ostsee and was most comfortable. I wish it had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but never mind. The attached bar - the Rockeria - is a bit like a TGI Fridays, with the same varied levels of service you’d get there! One guy looked like he’d rather we weren’t there, and another - Marco - went way out of his way to make sure we were happy."

"This "hotel" was the worst customer experience we ever had... and we travel a lot. We hope hotels.com will take immediate action to take it off its listings. And we will try to get our payment back. Quick summary of the nightmare: 1) Upon arrival in the dark and after long drive, we got yelled at by the owner, that the parking lot was not available and we better park elsewhere. Never greeted us or apologized. 2) He tells us that the hotel is full. we should leave. Upon learning we reserved and...

"Wir sind zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder, 4-12 Jahre. Die Fewo war schön groß somit hatte jeder wenn nötig seinen Rückzugsort. Gute Anbindung egal ob Stadt oder Autobahn. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Alles top. Wir kommen gern wieder. "
