"This is a charming Vermont farmhouse, a short ride from the town of Stowe and a 20 minute drive to Stowe mountain. The price was unbeatable and the stay was comfortable. The only concern was the owner did not respond to communications. We messaged them multiple times asking what to do with the garbage and recycling and they don’t respond. Luckily there were no major issues so it didn’t affect our stay."

"Erika’s property is perfect for a stay at Stowe. Well-maintained, clean, and lots of space for us (we were 3 couples). It has everything you need (other than sharp knives …). The ski-in / ski-out was easy (there was lots of snow!). Erica is an attentive, easily accessible, and responsive host. We would have no hesitation staying there again. We hope to!"

"Had a great winter break while staying at this large vacation home with great views of the mountains and conveniently located to great skiing at Stowe. The house was perfect for our family group of 10. Very comfortable, well decorated and equipped for large family meals together, relaxing by the 2 operational fireplaces, and plenty of snowshoeing and sledding equipment. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, by far the easiest I/we have experienced. Great host, great place!family group...

"It was a very convenient place to stay for skiing, and we enjoyed everything being so easy. The room was just what we needed and we appreciated the amenities of being able to also skate, take a dip in the pool, and hang out by the fireplace etc...I highly recommend."

"We had a great time here! So much snow came down and a plow came twice to make sure we could get out of the driveway. The house was clean and ready for us. Such a cool decor with plenty of space and a great loft for the kiddos! Waterbury is adorable and its an easy drive right to the heart of the town. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Stowe Modern. The house was very clean with plenty of space for all 8 of us. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and neat. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with owners and property managers was wonderful. Everybody was making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. As for the location, Stowe ski area is a short drive away. On a clear day, we could even see it from our window. We were very happy with our choice of...

"The house was a good size for our family Christmas. The two living areas (large one upstairs with fireplace and cozier one downstairs) meant everyone could spread out and relax. The bedrooms were comfy, dining room had seating for everyone, kitchen was spacious and having a boots on/off area was really helpful. "

"Everything was as advertised. Very good location for skiing Stowe but also being close to restaurant options. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. In better weather you could walk to Idletyme and Piecasso. You could also take the shuttle to the mountain with a 10 minute walk. Very good communication. The pictures and description are accurate. Just take some time and review the details."
