Updated Stonybrook 3 Bedroom Townhouse, walk to Rec Path, Restaurants & Shops

Located in the Stonybrook community in the center of Stowe with easy access to all that Stowe has to offer. You can easily walk/bike onto the recreation path and walk towards the Mountain or into town stopping at various shops, restaurants or breweries along the way. The community its self offers 2 swimming pools for your use. Look out of the sliding glass door of this townhouse onto an open field with direct views of Mount Mansfield. This recently remodeled unit has a new Primary Bathroom, new flooring, completely re painted in all rooms. The living room has a gas fireplace with a stone surround opening up into a large living room area. The dining area opens into the recently remodeled kitchen with newer cabinets and appliances, there is also a half bathroom just off the kitchen. The Primary Bedroom is on the lower level with views of Mount Mansfield, this also has a gas fireplace with a stone surround. The ensuite Primary Bathroom has a new walk in shower, with a new vanity and sinks. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom in between the two with new counter tops and sinks. Enjoy all new bedding and Ralph Lauren towels.

Steer Clear-Property Manager NOT Nice
Unfortunately we are leaving our first bad review. Primarily because of the way we were treated by the Property Manager Elaine, very disrespectful, dismissive, & condescending. Upon arrival, we were greeted with poop left in a toilet for what must have been several weeks & smelled the entire top floor. We contacted Elaine immediately who apologized and said she would "let housekeeping know". Because of the smell, my husband cleaned it and responded to Elaine that her response was disappointing and not what we expected from spending a lot of money for (2) nights. She then offered to refund us an insulting amount for the toilet and sent her housekeeping team to re-clean it. The kitchen was also not clean with coffee stains all over cabinets and counter. We then called Elaine and were told to "get over it" and "move on". We were dumbfounded by her response and lack of concern. Next we found "brown stains" all over the white bath towels-which we don't want to guess where those came from. Then all of our clothes were covered in white dog or animal hairs...so I don't think the place had been vacuumed either. We tried (3) times to reach the owners to talk this through and were told by Elaine they were "aware" of the problem and did not want to speak with us. We were told they would not communicate with us further hence our first bad review. This was most upsetting bc it really put a damper on our weekend getaway..it's all about the people you have to deal with - kindness matters...

Beautiful home away from home
Stayed here for 4 nights end of February for a family ski trip. The place was absolutely perfect. Close to the mountain, eateries, and shops. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essential s, but pepper, a non issue. Fire places were great on the chilly nights. Plenty of room to relax with a larger group for apres ski. For those that choose to stay back from the slopes, there are plenty of puzzles, games and books. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family gathering!
My family, including my sister and her boyfriend, my brother and his wife, and my husband and I, had the pleasure of staying at a Vrbo townhouse last weekend, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The townhouse was a perfect home away from home, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The first thing that struck us was how well-equipped the place was. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances and cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. The spacious living area provided ample room for all of us to relax, and we appreciated the cozy furnishings. The overall comfort of the townhouse was impressive. The bedrooms were well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. It was evident that the owners had taken great care to create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of the stay was the location. The townhouse was situated on a beautiful piece of land, providing a sense of serenity and privacy that we truly appreciated. It was a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and we enjoyed the scenic surroundings. All in all, we were delighted with our stay at this Vrbo townhouse. It's a great choice for families and groups looking for a cozy and private retreat. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.
