New! Vermont modern farmhouse in Stowe Village

Newly designed, furnished, and equipped with quality and your travel comfort in mind. Close to everything you came to Stowe for, this newly constructed home sleeps up to eight in four bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, with new appliances, amenities, and luxury linens. Beautiful artwork, parlor-game tables, wifi & HD television are just the beginning of your enjoyment. You won't find a cleaner, newer, more comfortable or conveniently located space for your visit to Stowe.
This residential Maple Street address is one of the oldest in the town of Stowe, dating back to the mid-1700's. Sadly, the original farmhouse built on this location sat empty and abandoned for many years, consequently deteriorating beyond repair. As homage to the old dwelling, we were able to salvage and repurpose many of its original hand-hewn timbers and give them renewed life and purpose in the Vermont Modern Farmhouse we designed and recently completed construction on.

We trust our guests will enjoy a thoughtful balancing of old and new, style and comfort, coziness and openness, privacy and connection designed into the new home, all the way down to the fine details. This home gives you and your loved ones a chapel-like sanctuary to unwind and relax in during your visit to Vermont's most historic, charming, and fun destinations, Stowe. This whole home rental, and the property on which it sits, is yours for the duration of your stay.

Gorgeous home in excellent location
The stay exceeded all expectations. The home is absolutely stunning and inviting, located walking distance from town. Weston and Amy were very responsive and accommodating. We spent 4 nights here and definitely plan to return in the future.

Fantastic Stay!
The house is well appointed and is an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We even took the free bus back from skiing one day (it’s about a half mile walk to the shuttle stop). They have far and away the best coffee equipment of any rental place I’ve stayed (grinder, legitimate cappuccino machine, chemex, long neck kettle, and more). There are 4 bedrooms with large beds and a really nice pull out bed in the loft.

Graduation weekend stay
We had a wonderful stay in the Stowe Farmhouse. The home is beautiful and very well equipped. We decided to stay in Stowe for our daughter’s graduation from UVM and couldn’t have been any happier. The home was perfect for our family with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3&1/2 bathrooms. We were able to walk to the Main Street of Stowe and had access to the hiking path from the Quiet Path just across the street. The communication with the owners was great. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Stowe Stay
The house is new and updated. The beds and linens are nice quality . It is also very clean the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Walking distance to downtown ! My only complaint is there is not a TV in the main living area for group watching of sports , etc. The main photo is the back of the house and does not show that you are about thirty feet from the major highway through Stowe. Maple Street is also State Highway 100. The traffic is very noisy and starts ar four AM on the front side of the house.

Lovely Place
We loved our stay at this Farmhouse in Stowe. It was just minutes from the Stowe Village. Very close to great restaurants and not too far from Stowe Mountain. The house itself had everything that you would need. Everything is so thoughtfully placed and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable! We all loved it and would definitely stay here again.

The property is pristine and beautiful. Everything we needed was present including directions. It was walking distance to town. We hiked a lot and of course Stowe has many places to do that. We all agreed that it was the nicest place we've rented through VRBO. My communication with the owners was excellent and prompt. When we go back, this will be the 1st property we'll look for. Charming getaway in an incredible location!
What a magnificent way to spend the holidays and ring in the new year! The property was perfect for our family getaway. The house is magnificent and every detail is attended to. Having four bedrooms that accommodate two adults each was such a bonus. The hosts ensured that everything about the house was fully explained prior to arrival. Wonderful stay!
Spent the weekend with a group celebrating my sister's upcoming wedding. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. House is beautiful and thoughtful, down to every last detail. We also loved walkable access to the Stowe bike path and trails. Also, appreciated being able to park a few cars down the street since we had a large crew. Would definitely stay again, you'll love it.

Wonderful for our big family vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at Weston and Amy's property. With 8 adults and two children, the house was able to accommodate all of us comfortably with private bedrooms. We appreciated all of the small details incorporated into the home, from the fresh flowers/coffee/fudge when we arrived, to the heated floors! It was a quick drive/walk to downtown Stowe, and only about 10 minutes from the mountain. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking gear, allowing us to make family meals. Weston and Amy were thoughtful and detailed in their communication, making it a seamless stay. We will certainly stay here again, thank you Weston and Amy!

A Labor of Love
We had the privilege of staying in a renovated home in Stowe, VT that was clearly a labor of love. The hosts and their family members renovated a historic home into a stunning contemporary home. The house is beautifully appointed with four bedrooms, three and a half baths and a great room that features a fabulous kitchen, electric "wood" stove, original wood beams integrated into the ceiling and staircase and beautiful wood dining table and accent furniture. The hosts thought of everything... from three types of coffee makers to a guitar....whatever we might have needed, they had thought to supply. The home was immaculate with heated floors and mudroom to handle even the coldest nights. We had booked the property with two other (senior) couples who became hooked on vrbo's because of their experience in this home. Oh - I can't forget the amazing deck and fire pit perched on top of the hill behind the house... Too cool! The hosts did a great job of reaching out to us over the course of our stay to ensure that all of our needs were satisfied.

Dream house in Stowe
We had a perfect three-night stay at this beautiful Stowe house. The house is impeccably designed and immaculate, with thoughtful, welcoming touches throughout (ice-cold local beers and ciders in the fridge, local coffee, fresh flowers in every room, and everything you'd need for a comfortable stay). We also loved the gazebo on a hill overlooking the distant mountains. It's a five-minute walk to the picture-perfect village--close to the Quiet Path and the Stowe Recreation Path, too. Weston, the host, responded to all of our many queries promptly. It's an ideal house for a family trip. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful home in an excellent location
Stayed the week of Fourth of July for our first visit to Stowe. The house is in a perfect location with easy access to the town. The home itself is immaculate, just like the photos. It is well stocked with all the cooking tools you could possibly want including multiple types of coffee makers (no keurig). Also lots of card and board games available as well as a foosball and Shuffleboard table. The only downside to be aware of is there can be a good bit of road noise in the front facing bedrooms that starts in pretty early in the morning. I think this was maybe a little worse than normal during our stay because they are working on the road nearby so there were a lot of trucks passing by. We had our phones play some white noise in the morning and it was fine. One big perk we weren’t aware of when booking is that the Fourth of July fireworks were completely visible from the house. Awesome views of the whole event.
