"The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"

"Beautiful property in a great location."

"It was a great stay, hotel is very nice and situated in beautiful town. There are a lot of restaurants and few shops nearby. There is a possibility to play tennis, courts are in a good state, red clay surface. Also there are a lot of hiking routes you can do not far from the hotel. People who are working in Casa Gardola make this place really special, they are very friendly and always ready to help. ."

"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. There is no bus nearby and each time I took taxi for Riva Del Garda which cost 10...

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
