"Very clean and staff was very friendly"

"Upon arrival I ran the bell and no answer even though the lobby was supposed of been opened at 7:30. Arrived around 1130. Had to call the number listed on the front of the building. Person who answered told me I did not have a reservation. I said yes I did I have a confirmation number. He said OK I’ll be there in five minutes. Took him 10 to 15 minutes. Then he had us walk around the building to another entry which turned out to be another B&B. He had us meet with the lady she took us upstairs...

"NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! IT IS A SCAM! They refuse to meet you at the property to check you in AND DEMAND you TEXT them pictures of your passport, otherwise they will not let you in. They ignored my calls trying to reach them as they address listed and their actual address is not the same. When they actually answered the phone and not decline my calls, I was told I only cause confusion and that I did this to myself… all because I wouldn’t provide my passport unless it was in person. "This was our fifth stay with Leonardo,we normally stay in to the other guest house owned by Leonardo in old town. We booked directly with the owner as we can get best the best room available. The appartments are decorated beautifully and have full kitchen facilities and private bathroom. The B&B is very close to a Local restaurant pizzeria and just a short walk from Canosa centre town(10 minutes walk).Leonardo is very helpful with recommendations about top sights to visit and restaurants to eat...
