I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"This is a very convenient property, close to the railway station and a metro station, with friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was quite large and very cosy with super efficient heating. The bathroom was small, more like a wet room and could have done with a shelf for toiletries. The price was very reasonable for Copenhagen. The breakfast was excellent and extremely good value. "Best part of hotel is that its very close to central station. Walking distance 3 mins so its perfect if you are here for couple of days to see the city. Rooms and bathrooms are small but very clean."
