"I was there for a company conference, and the staff was incredibly attentive to all our needs. Anytime I need an assistant there was someone at every corner. They help me ensure I was able to get boxes sent out from the business center without me having to take them over even when having meals for my company team meeting and gentlemen assisting we’re so incredibly nice and ensure to clean up after us quickly so we could continue our meeting. What a great experience"

"Check in was a breeze. The front door security is comforting. You walk through the first time and they scan your ID. On following entrances, you stand in front of a face recognition scanner. No one with big bags who are not staying in the hotel can bring the bags in. A cafe in the lobby has grab and go items as well as hot tea, coffee, and lattes made to order. There is a restaurant open until midnight, although I did not try it, it always seemed to have patrons. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed 4 days. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. Hotel guests can use valet parking for free and get a voucher at the front desk upon check out. We tipped valet and housekeeping upon checkout for their excellent service. "
