"This apartment was in a great location. Overall an awesome place to stay if you’re visiting Winnipeg. We could walk to our concert at Canada Life Center and many restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views from the apartment. Bedrooms are a bit crammed but comfortable beds were great. Note- you can get a parking pass for the garage, ahead of time, which would save some money if we knew this ahead of time."

"We loved the condo , very nice cozy little place for a couple , with a balcony with a decent view of the city , great location just off portage . "Property needs some work. There was an odor of stale cigarette smoke, the smell of marijuana wantwd in the unit from the hallways where it always smelled like dope. No dryer to go with the washer. "This apartment was great for our stay, a close drive to shopping like Ikea, Costco, outlet mall. It was bright and the bedrooms were spacious. We were 5 adults and one infant and had enough space. The pullout couch was a bit uncomfortable for 2 people, but would probably be suitable for one person. The property was a little hard to find the first time, but host instructions are accurate.
